It wouldn’t be a trip to Phuket without a visit to at least one beach bar. Nestled on the shores of Bangtao Beach, Bliss Beach Club provides a calm, cool place for a whole day of relaxation (and drinks!) for the whole family. There is a range of seating on the wooden deck or right on the sand where beach lounges can be rented for $10USD per day, regardless of how long you stay. With the beach right there, parents enjoy letting their kids run and play while they sit back and sip on icy cool drinks. As the sun sets, the resident DJ kicks off with some funky tunes. The bar has a great menu with Asian and western delicacies. We recommend the pizza. If you’re a bit over cocktails and beers, Bliss Beach Bar has a range of over 140 international wines for you to savour. Bottles start at just under $50USD, and there are also 28 varieties of wine by the glass to try.Why go? One cannot get much closer to the beach than this kids friendly bar.
