The Snowies are amazing steep mountains in Australia comprising five highest peaks including Mount Kosciuszko. There's no better way to spend the hot Aussie sun than by driving right to the Kosciuszko National Park. If camping is on your mind, then don’t forget to tag along a mountain bike and spend hours breathing the Alpine air and feasting eyes on the breathtaking view. Meander through the beautiful wilderness and definitely don't forget your camera to capture the views of the admirable scenery. There’s ample scope for fishing lovers to cast their hook on the different variety of species swimming in the pure aqua of Snowy River and a few lakes. Once the winter season (read: June to October) sets in, the Snowy Mountains take a really snowy avatar and attract scores of souls bent on skiing and snowboarding, both amateurs and honed.
