Well, book into the Palacio De Sal for an unequalled experience of sleeping in a salt igloo, where structural foundation comprises of 100% salt blocks held together by wood, and the roof, walls, beds, etc. are built entirely of salt! Located in the largest salt flat in the world - Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia, the ‘Salt Palace’ has become a tourist destination in itself. As materials were scarce in this region, salt blocks were used as a building material for the floors, walls, ceilings and even the furniture.
