Shanghai is now home to the world's highest hotel set at 2000 ft!

If you ever dreamt of dining in the sky, then here is the chance of fulfilling your dreams! Shanghai just became home to the world's highest hotel boasting all the luxuries one can imagine. The in-house restaurant is set on the 120th floor and offers 24-hour personal butler service.

The luxury hotel has elevators that run at a speed of 18 metres per second. J Hotel's boasts of 165 rooms that are replete with all the modern amenities. Because of the pandemic, the hotel could not open on its decided date. It was finally open on June 19.

Booking a room here might get a little pricey. In order to celebrate its opening, the hotel is offering rooms at a "special experience rate" of 3088 yuan (INR 33419) per night. However, if someone wants to book its suites, they’ll have to shell out more money.

The property features seven restaurants, bars and a spa. One of the prime attractions of the hotel is the swimming pool which is set on the 84th floor.

The hotel is set on the top floors of the 2000 feet Shanghai Tower. Set in the financial district of Shanghai, this tower is the second tallest building in the world after Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
