This gorgeous restaurant has a picturesque setting on the waterfront of the Chapora River in Siolim Village. The pretty cabanas on its river-facing wooden deck are perfect for sundowners and moonlit dinners. The menu is very Mediterranean with dishes like batter-fried olives, the Teso arrotolato (steam rolled salmon fillet stuffed with herby mash potatoes in a leek sauce) and grilled red snapper with roasted red bell pepper sauce. Teso transforms into a lively club during the winter months, when it hosts regular gigs by DJs and musicians.
