The food is a mix of Jain, Marwari, Thai, Chinese, Malaysian and Korean fare, with each cuisine prepared authentically. The restaurant is headed by Thai chef Pensiri Pattanachaeng, so make sure you taste specialities such as pad sem hed (different kinds of mushrooms in ginger-garlic sauce), nohmai pad prik (stir-fried vegetables in red curry), tahu neung ma nao (steamed tofu cake) and khao neow peik (a dessert made of sticky, corn and coconut). There are also numerous ice teas and wines available as well. The experience in unique in several ways—guests can interact with chefs working at three live grills and choose their own appetisers and later make a selection from the special dessert room.
