Complete with rustic NYC Meatpacking District-esque furnishings and an ever-changing roster of hearty dishes like roast bone marrow on toast and pig cheek rillette with quince paste and pickles, the restaurant had a legion of local foodies gnashing their teeth to make a reservation upon its mid-2012 opening.

While the service is known to be inconsistent, the impressive home cooking here has been welcomed as a worthy addition to the higher-end Bangkok dining scene.
