Toofani samosa at Rajwada
Samosa is an Indian speciality but toofani samosa is Udaipur’s speciality. This samosa is prepared with dry fruits, corn and potato, and it’s huge in size! A single person won’t be able to finish one toofani samosa alone!
Poha at Jain Nashta
This street shop is famous for serving mouth-watering poha. Besides poha, the shop is also known for dishing out a range of delicious pyaaz kachori and samosas. Must-try in Udaipur!
Pyaaz Kachori at Lala Mishtan
Nothing tastes better than hot crispy pyaaz kachoris for breakfast, and Lala Mishthan makes the best kachoris. The crispy snack makes for a perfect breakfast option and is stuffed with lentils and spices, and served hot with chutney. Lala Mishtan near Asthal Mandir has been serving kachoris now for more than 20 years.
Mawa Kachori at JMB Nashta Center
Mawa Kachori is probably one of the most popular street foods in Udaipur and JMB Nashta Center serves them the best! Hot, crisp and delicious with a variety of chutney.
Aloo Vada at Pandit Ji’s
A lip-smacking hot snack, aloo vada is a must-try dish in Udaipur. This small shop was set up in 1994 just outside Fateh School. Come here anytime of the day, and you’ll be surprised to find a crowd of foodies every time just to taste their aloo vada.
