Kulhad dahi bada in Delhi
You may have heard about kulhad lassi and kulhad ice cream, but an eatery in Delhi’s Chandni Chowk area has gone a step ahead to sell Dahi Bada in a kulhad. Gole Hatti sells the hot selling Kulhad Dahi Vada in Delhi. To prepare it, two vadas are picked up from the sweet syrup and put inside the earthen kulhad. Dollops of dahi is poured over the vadas and garnished with chutney and spices. Customers at Gole Hatti also ask for kulhad wala chole chawal topped with palak ki sabzi and Tamarind chutney.

Absolute Samosa in Lajpat Nagar serves Delhi’s favourite snack in as many as 50 different varieties. Aloo Gapppa, Kolkata
Available at a food joint near Rabindra Bharati University in Kolkata, Aloo Gappa sells this new version of the traditional puchka or gol gappa. Aloo Gappa is made by boiling potatoes, peeled and then cut into half. The insides of the halved potato is then scooped out and refilled with a mixture of red chilli powder, tangy tamarind chutney, green chilli, sev etc.

Biggest chicken roll in Kolkata
Kolkata is a hub of street food, and Chef Alladin in South Kolkata’s Garia, stands out for selling a giant-sized cheesy roll for INR 349. Touted as the world’s biggest chicken egg roll, it is the size of around four kathi rolls. The stuffing features a delicious mix of carrot, green peas, cabbage, and chopped coriander among other ingredients. They also season it with mouth-watering sauces, mayonnaise, grated cheese etc.
