Bannerghatta National Park
Situated only 35 km from the main city, Bannerghatta National Park is considered a must-visit attraction in Karnataka. Spread over an area of over 25000 acres, the park is an ideal retreat for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. There’s a zoo, aquarium, park for kids and museum inside which will definitely cheer you up. The butterfly park and snake park are also prime attractions here. One can also choose to go on a jungle safari and if lucky, you can spot lions and tigers inside.
Savandurga Hill
Savandurga is a beautiful hill located 60 km west of Bengaluru. For those who don’t know, the hill is one of the largest monolith hills in Asia with a height of 1226 m above sea level. It also forms a part of the Deccan plateau. For weekenders and adventure lovers, the Savandurga is a perfect escape where they can enjoy activities such as rope traversing, rappelling and caving.
Ramanagara

Nandi Hills

Nandi Hills, also known as Nandidurga is noted for a Shiva Temple situated at the foot of the hills. The temple is home to a sculpture of Nandi, the mount of Lord Shiva which is believed to be more than 1000 years old.
