This hotbed of Roman-Jewish culinary excellence has gained a very loyal following. The kosher kitchen cooks up incredible Italian dishes with a Jewish Middle-Eastern —edge for example, their carbonara comes with salt-dried beef.
The restaurant has been such a success that two further venues have been opened, but head to the original location for the stylish black and white interior and a view of the Portico d’Ottavia, the monument erected in honour of Emperor Augustus's sister Octavia. The monument also once acted as the ghetto boundaries beyond which Jews could not leave during the night.
