There really is not a “nameless” beer bar in Pattaya -- or maybe there is? -- but good luck naming any of them. Confused yet? A beer bar in Pattaya is basically little more than a few chairs, some questionably clean glasses and beer that may or may not be cold. There are hundreds of them all over Pattaya in various shapes and forms. They come and go over the years, much as new hopefuls continually arrive in Pattaya chasing the Thai Dream to replace those who came before them. It may even come with a roof over your head, and should come with a beautiful lady or two, but you’re really lucky if your beer bar comes with a fan.
Walking Street is full of beer bars. These are the places in between the go-go bars and clubs. Stop on in, grab a cheap beer and watch the passers by for a few minutes before going on to the next go-go bar and having to fight the women off.
