Savi and Vid have been to over 500 cities in 70 countries, following their love of offbeat and luxury travel. From hiking glaciers in Alaska to dining with Penguins in South Africa, their adventures and photographs have been featured on several TV stations and newspapers, including Discovery Channel and the Huffington Post. They are particularly in love with road trips and in the last year alone, they’ve driven over 20,000 miles in a dozen countries. They write about their experiences on www.bruisedpassports.com.

If you’re a wine aficionado, D’vino Wine Bar is the place to visit in Dubrovnik. The streets of Dubrovnik might be packed with bars but few boast of such a great selection of wines by the glass. More importantly, the staff knows a lot about wines and can help visitors discover some truly exquisite wines. Most places in Dubrovnik’s city centre don’t have too many locals and D’vino is no different. But the bar has a truly cosmopolitan feel about it and it’s easy to mingle with other guests if one wants. There are various French, Chilean, German and Argentinian wines on the menu but we love their selection of Croatian wines the most. D’vino also has some sumptuous fruit, cheese and bread platters to accompany their wines. If you’re keen to acquaint yourself with Croatian wines, there are plenty of tasting sessions offered in the private tasting room next door. You can take that a step further and book a full-fledged wine tour at D’vino Wine Bar. The tour takes guests to a number of local wineries around Dubrovnik.
