Is it a sandwich or is it a pizza? What exactly do they serve at this quick bite eatery in Rome? According to the eatery, it is a triangular sandwich and pizza combination. Essentially the bread is cooked and then stuffed with your favorite fillings, such as tongue, chicken, and a slew of veggies. Some people refer to it as a pizza pocket, and yes one can avoid the delicious tongue filling, and request a classic meatball and sauce. The range of fillings is seemingly endless and this Rome eatery has expanded its reach with new international flavours. There isn’t a whole lot of seating inside here, other than a few stools, but many choose to stand around, conversing with each other while they chow down. There are some outside stools as well if you prefer to sit. It’s busy, it’s incredible, and you will not be disappointed by the food here.
