Arsenal partners HR platform Deel to transform its global teams with AI tools
Deel, an international payroll and HR technology platform, has recently signed an agreement with Arsenal Football Club for an undetermined number of years, making it the club's Official HR Platform Partner. Under this partnership, Deel will provide Arsenal with an AI-based HR technology platform to manage its operations. Deel, with over 37,000 clients worldwide, plans to make this partnership its first foray into the sport and a foothold in the international market.
Deel's branding will be visible across Emirates Stadium and Arsenal's digital channels, including during all home fixtures for the Premier League, Women’s Super League (WSL), FA Cup, and League Cup. The company was recently valued at $17.3 billion following a Series E funding round in October 2025.
