Sony Days of Play sale: Discount on PS5 Slim, PS VR2, Spider-Man 2, God of War Ragnarök, and more

Sony India has kicked off its annual 'Days of Play' promotional event, offering significant discounts on a wide range of PlayStation products. The sale, which begins today, May 29, and runs until June 12, covers the recently launched PS5 Slim consoles, PlayStation VR2 headsets, DualSense controllers, and popular PS5 and PS4 game titles.

According to Sony, the PS5 Slim disc edition will be available at Rs 49,990, a notable reduction from its original launch price of Rs 54,990. The digital edition of the PS5 Slim is also part of the sale, with its price dropping from Rs 44,990 to Rs 39,990. Since their recent launch, this marks the first significant discount on the PS5 Slim models.

The PlayStation VR2, Sony's virtual reality gaming system, also sees a substantial price cut. Originally priced at Rs 57,999, PS VR2 will be on sale for Rs 47,999 during the 'Days of Play' event.

The DualSense Controllers is also on discount. The Black and White versions, usually priced at Rs 5,990, will be available for Rs 4,299. The coloured variants, which typically retail for Rs 6,390, will also also be on sale at a discounted price of Rs 4,299.

Spider-Man 2, God of War Ragnarök, The Last of US Part 2 Remastered, and other PS games get discounted

In addition to hardware discounts, Sony offers deals on several popular game titles. Notable discounts include Spider-Man 2 at Rs 3,999 (down from Rs 4,999), God of War Ragnarök at Rs 2,999 (down from Rs 4,999), and The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered at Rs 2,499 (down from Rs 2,999). Other titles, such as Rise of the Ronin and Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition, are also part of the sale.

The 'Days of Play' event is not limited to just discounts. Sony has announced that it will give away new avatars to all PlayStation players throughout the promotion period. Starting May 29, players can access avatars commemorating popular titles offered through PlayStation Plus during the event.

Sony's 'Days of Play' sale is available across various retailers, including Amazon, Blinkit, Croma, Flipkart, Reliance, Sony Center, Vijay Sales, and other participating stores. However, interested buyers should act fast, as the offers are subject to stock availability, and the sale period is limited.
