Dyson PencilWash wet and dry vacuum cleaner launched

Dyson has expanded its product lineup with the launch of new Dyson PencilWash vacuum cleaner. The company claims that it’s the slimmest and lightest wet and dry vacuum cleaner. The company claims that the vacuum cleaner is designed for effortless manoeuvrability and hygienic performance. The PencilWash weighs just 2.2kg and features a 38mm pencil-thin handle for optimal comfort and easy storage.

John Churchill, Dyson’s chief technology officer, said: “We’re keen on making machines smaller and lighter while dramatically improving performance. PencilWash applies that thinking to wet cleaning: our slimmest, ultra-light format that glides effortlessly and reaches where others can’t. Using hydration, agitation and extraction, it delivers a hygienic clean with fresh water only, supported by our filter-free system.”


The Dyson PencilWash is being introduced in select global markets starting 19 February 2026, with an India launch to be announced closer to availability.
