Tessy Thomas received the honour from former chairman of ISRO and chairman of the board of Governors of IIT Kanpur, Prof K Radhakrishnan.
The trio joined the elite list of former recipients of this prestigious award in former President of India APJ Abdul Kalam and former Prime Minister
Manmohan Singh.
