“I am heartbroken”: Haley Baylee opens up on the emotional strain of ex husband Matt Kalil’s $75,000 lawsuit

Haley Baylee, the popular influencer, was previously married to former NFL player, Matt Kalil, before the two split in 2022.

While their split was amicable, the two are now engaged in a bitter lawsuit after Haley Baylee made a few controversial comments about Matt Kalil. Amid all the mess, Haylee Baylee has spoken out about her feelings.

A few weeks ago, responding to Matt Kalil suing her for a whopping $75,000, Haley Baylee said, “The truth is in the original livestream — which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account…I speak highly of him in multiple ways throughout that conversation.”


The popular influencer added, “I am genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing…”

Haley Baylee continued, “Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”

While Matt Kalil has sued his ex wife, Haley Baylee, for a whopping $75,000, her legal team has slammed the lawsuit.

As per PEOPLE, Haley Baylee’s legal team said, "The claims seek to dramatically expand existing law and establish damaging new precedent by imposing liability on a woman for merely speaking openly and truthfully about a prior relationship…”

The popular influencer’s legal team added, “That raises serious First Amendment concerns, especially in a case involving two public figures."

Matt Kalil has remarried after splitting from Haley Baylee

To make things more interesting, Haley Baylee’s recent comments at an event have raised eyebrows.

A few days ago, Haley Baylee was spotted at the WWD 2026 Style Awards where she spoke to E! News about what will be the “ins and outs” for her in the new year.

Haley Baylee said, “In is going to be good guys…We need some good guys.”

The popular influencer added, “Out is going to be ego, pride, being a mean anybody. Like, say 'goodbye' to mean and 'hello' to nice.”

Matt Kalil has since remarried and also has a child now, while Haley Baylee continues to remain single.

The two started dating in 2015 and got married a few years later.
