“It was raggedy”: LeBron James’ wife Savannah James opens up about her life before meeting the NBA legend

LeBron James, the NBA legend, has had a pretty perfect marriage with his wife, Savannah James, for over a decade.

The two have built a beautiful life for themselves and their children and have managed to keep most of it private. Amid this, LeBron James’ wife, Savannah James, recently opened up about how life was like before she met the NBA legend.

A few hours ago, on a recent episode of her popular podcast, Everybody’s Crazy, LeBron James’ wife, Savannah James said, “I had all the boyfriends at 14…”


The popular entrepreneur added, “I had boyfriends and I also had boyfriends that they was friends… It was raggedy and janky.”

The mother of three continued, “It’s okay. I was 14. I was learning myself.”

LeBron James met Savannah James in high school when the two were teenagers

LeBron James met Savannah James when she was only 16 and he was a senior in school. The two fell in love quickly but ended up being pregnant with their oldest son, Bronny James.

Over the last few years, Savannah James has been public about how the two started dating.

In 2018, LeBron James’ wife, Savannah James, opened up about it to Cleveland Magazine as she said, "One day I'm sitting around — I was probably bored or something — and I'm like, 'Oh, I forgot! I have this number for this guy that I can call. He seemed interested, so let's see…’”

LeBron James’ wife, Savannah James, also opened up about it to Harper’s Bazaar as she said, "I knew he loved me when I left my leftovers from dinner in his car. I'd totally forgotten about them, and he brought them to me.”

The popular entrepreneur added, “I think he just wanted another excuse to come and see me."

The two finally tied the knot in 2011 and while it has been over a decade since then, both LeBron James and Savannah James have inspired billions around the world with the love they have had for each other over the years.
