Danica Patrick stirs controversy praising Donald Trump’s Gaza peace deal and mocking the left
Danica Patrick has praised Donald Trump after he signed a historic peace deal to stop the Gaza war. The deal was signed on October 13, 2025, in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. It brought a ceasefire between Israel and after two years of violence. The war had killed tens of thousands and displaced many people, leaving the region in chaos before this breakthrough brought hope for peace.
Patrick wrote on X that Trump “will go down as the best president we have ever had.” She said she used to hear “peace in the Middle East” as a joke when she was young. Now, she said, “it’s actually real.”
Trump called the deal a “turning point for peace.” He said people across the world had been “hoping and praying” for this day.
He signed the agreement in front of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and leaders from Qatar and the UAE.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did not attend because of a Jewish holiday, though he was invited. Hamas leaders were also not present. The deal includes a full ceasefire and prisoner exchanges.
After praising Trump, Patrick attacked his critics online. She wrote, “You crazy leftists still want to call Trump Hitler?” Her post came after Trump’s peace deal gained global attention.
Danica Patrick also commented on recent protests in Portland, where hundreds of people demonstrated naked against Donald Trump’s immigration policy. She mocked the protesters, saying, “Keep it up. Makes winning easier.” She added that she hopes someone “talks sense” into them.
Danica Patrick has recently become vocal in politics. She began campaigning for Trump last year and said she had never voted before that. Since Trump’s return to the White House, she has often shared strong opinions online.
She has commented on topics like Charlie Kirk’s death, Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension, and Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime performance. Last week, she attended a dinner in Washington D.C. with other Trump supporters, including Lara Trump, Tulsi Gabbard, Meghan McCain, and Jessica Kraus.
