Rockstar Games is cooking up something massive with GTA 6, and the hype is unreal. We’ve seen jaw-dropping visuals, insane character details, and the most immersive open world yet. But here’s the million-dollar question—will GTA 6 finally introduce natural disasters like hurricanes, earthquakes, or tornadoes? With Vice City making a comeback, could hurricanes, floods, or even wildfires shake up the gameplay?

A More Realistic Weather System? 100% Yes.

Rockstar isn’t playing when it comes to realism. The first GTA 6 trailer already showcased a crazy-detailed weather system—heavy rain, stormy skies, and waves reacting dynamically. Leaks hint that weather might actually affect gameplay this time. Think slick roads making car chases riskier or fog messing with visibility. But does this mean full-scale natural disasters?

GTA 6 is set in Leonida, Rockstar’s take on Florida, a state notorious for hurricanes. If realism is the goal, why wouldn’t they include extreme weather events?

Games like Red Dead Redemption 2 showed Rockstar’s obsession with dynamic environments. A hurricane that floods streets or a tornado tearing through the city? Totally possible.

Rumors suggest GTA 6 will have a revamped destruction system. Imagine buildings collapsing in real-time, cars getting swept away, or debris flying through the air. If Rockstar is going all out, why stop at just thunderstorms?

Will It Be Just Visuals or Affect Gameplay?
