How to register for Fortnite KizunaAI Cup

The registration for the KizunaAI Cup is simple, and you can access it through Fortnite's in-game Compete tab. However, keep in mind that there are a few requirements that you will have to meet. To begin with, you must have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled on your account. Besides that, you must be at Account Level 50 or above to participate. If you meet these requirements, you may navigate to the Compete section and select the KizunaAI Cup to register your duo team.

Speaking of the tournament’s format, the KizunaAI Cup in Fortnite is a Duos Battle Royale tournament. This means that you must team up with a partner to compete in up to ten matches during the three-hour session. Your points in the competition will be based upon several factors, like Victory Royales, eliminations, and placement rank in each match.

KizunaAI cosmetic bundle (Regional Placements): Top placing teams in each region will earn the full KizunaAI Cosmetic Bundle, which includes the KizunaAI Outfit and the Wings Back Bling. The required placement rank for each region varies and will be available in the in-game Compete tab.
Even if you fail to obtain the bundle for free, it will be made available in the Fortnite Item Shop on January 16, 2026, allowing you to purchase it directly. This is the first VTuber collaboration to make its way into Fortnite, and it is expected that several others will follow in the coming years.
