NEW DELHI: The Rishabh Pant-led Lucknow Super Giants came into the IPL Auction 2026 with a purse of Rs 22.95 crore after letting go of seven players, including two overseas names. Despite making headlines last year by breaking the IPL auction record with a Rs 27 crore signing of India's star wicketkeeper-batter Pant, LSG endured a disappointing campaign and finished seventh.
Their first purchase in the auction was Wanindu Hasaranga, bought at his base price of Rs 2 crore.
