NEW DELHI: One after the other, the bizarre and weird allegations from the former Pakistan players continue to grab the headlines. In a recent unusual statement, Sikander Bakht made a surprising claim regarding the toss technique of Indian captain Rohit Sharma.

Sikander while talking on Pakistan-based Geo News, claimed that when Rohit spins the coin at the time of toss, "He (Rohit) always sends the coin far and the opposition captain never goes to see the outcome."

"Can I give you a conspiracy theory? At the time of the toss, Rohit Sharma throws the coin far from the range of any opposition captain. Thus, the opposition captain cannot go and cross-check about the call," Bakht said. He also posted a part of his conversation on X.

Reacting on the issue, former Pakistan legend Wasim Akram, Moin Khan and Shoaib Malik totally brushed aside their compatriot's suggestion saying it's not even worth discussing it.

"Who decides where the coin should land? It is just for sponsorship! I feel embarrassed," Akram said during the discussion on A Sports.

"I can't even... I don't even want to comment on it," Akram further said.

"He is mistaken, just creating a fuss. Every captain has a different way of tossing the coin," Moin stated.

Shoaib said, "This shouldn't even be discussed."
