Surya was at his best during the course of his scintillating innings as he smacked four consecutive sixes off Australian bowler Cameron Green in the 44th over to announce his arrival at the right time keeping the upcoming ODI World Cup in mind.
SKY, as he is fondly known as, also became the batter to hit fastest fifty (24 balls) for India against Australia in ODIs, going past Virat Kohli's record of 27 balls in Jaipur back in 2013.
