Solar eclipse to pass through Mexico

Canada's Niagara declares emergency ahead of solar eclipse
The eclipse will enter Canada in southern Ontario and continue through Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia. Niagara region of Canada has preemptively declared a state of emergency ahead of a rare complete solar eclipse on April 8, which is expected to draw enormous crowds to regions around the province's famed waterfalls.
