CP sees public shower, but disappoints voyeurs A brave man, Tapasvi Singh, stood before a gawking crowd and took a public shower near Central Park in CP. He stopped traffic and nearly caused a few fender-benders, all for PETA.
“This is a pro-vegan campaign,” said Buwneshwari Gupta, campaign coordinator. “The amount of water used to rear one kilo of meat is equivalent to the water used in a year’s showers.
Therefore, by going vegan, we can really do a lot to save the environment and the larger world. Since World Environment Day is on June 5, we thought it’s the best time to create awareness about going vegan.”
How did they convince their volunteer? “We have lots of volunteers who feel deeply for the cause. They’re willing to do anything for awareness and doing their bit for the environment.”
