Industrialist Harsh Goenka shared a photo on his social media handle, where a person named Rajesh, who works under in the company, has resigned in a very creative yet funny way. The industrialist’s caption said, “This letter is short but its meaning is very deep. This is a serious problem that we all have to solve." The note said, “I resign. Maza nahi aa rha (I am not enjoying it)” This left netizens laughing and finding it relatable.

Why is job satisfaction important?
An employee should be able to love and enjoy working in their company. There’s a higher productivity rate, reduced employee turnover and low stress environment that employees would genuinely appreciate. However, when an employee doesn’t find enjoyment or satisfaction in their job, they keep dragging themselves to work without any fresh energy. They attend work just for the sake of being employed and earning money.
