1/5

Are you a good boss?

Not all bosses are toxic and bad. Some are, in fact, really great. They motivate and encourage you to be the best version of yourself. Their guidance becomes a stepping stone for you to achieve your dreams and ambitions. They mentor you to grow professionally and even be a great leader. These kinds of bosses are either born as leaders or acquire the skills to become one, throughout their professional tenure. Here are some of the habits that highly likeable bosses have.

2/5

They are very organised

Highly likeable bosses are extremely organised. They have all their work in order. They don’t ask their employees frequently to organise their part of the work. They simplify, declutter and organise their work so that they don’t face any problems later on.

3/5

They are decisive

Good bosses never falter when it comes to making important decisions. They are headstrong and carefully analyse every aspect before coming to a decision. They are also confident and sure about themselves. They also have the ability to take tough calls in very pressurising situations.

4/5

They don’t play favourites

Likeable bosses never play favourites. They are fair with everyone and believe in treating everyone equally. They don’t indulge in favouritism among employees or give someone more benefits than the rest. They are also very accountable for their actions.

5/5

They provide accurate guidance

Highly likeable bosses provide the right kind of guidance to their employees. The team trusts this kind of boss to take the right decision and support the entire team in case of a tough situation. The employees have great trust on such bosses.
