​What the survey revealed

<p>As per a survey conducted by the lingerie brand Bluebella, it turns out that most of the couples actually do not have sex on their wedding night. Shocking, isn’t it?<br></p>

<p>Around 1,000 people participated in the survey. 52 per cent of the candidates confessed of not indulging in the act on their wedding night.<br></p>

​Romantic preparations gone waste?

<p>The study had another revelation. Around 90 per cent of women bought special lingerie for the occasion. Isn’t that a bummer?<br></p>

​The reason

<p>Wondering why couples end up not having sex on their wedding night? Well, the research had the answer for this question as well. The woman participants claimed to be either too tired, drunk, or travelling for their honeymoon.<br></p>

<p>Men had their own reasons that included being too drunk, or partying till late with friends.<br></p>

​Finally, it happened…

<p>So, when do they actually make love? One-third of the participants admitted that they had sex on the morning after the wedding, and one in ten waited for more than 48 hours for some action.<br></p>

​Was the wait worth it?
