Things I wish I knew before cheating on my husband

Take lessons from my learning

I was married for 2 years and it was a love marriage but it all went downhill when I cheated on my husband. I had many reasons which made me do it. Whenever I would come back home from work to spend time with my partner, he would watch movies all day on his tablet and not say a word to me. There were no walks in the evening… Basically we were hardly a couple. There was someone who wanted to do all that with me, be a partner and so I cheated on my husband one day and after that all went downhill. However, what I did not realise were 4 things that I wish I knew before cheating on my husband and those who are in the process of doing so, must understand.

2/6

My marriage needed space

A number of times, in most relationships, lack of space can suffocate the partners and this makes them run away. I just did not realise that it was some time apart and the space that my marriage needed. It had become too much for us, especially me. I thought my husband had started taking me for granted and that I was considered available. It did not even occur to me and neither did any one tell me that it is probably space that we needed.

3/6

You will be the wrong one

Once you have cheated on your partner, no matter what the reason was, how badly you were treated by your partner, your cheating masked it all and made you the forever villain! I had so many reasons as to why I had started looking elsewhere but when I cheated, and ofcourse I told him what I had done, all my reasons went in vain. It all boiled down to what I had done, crossed a line. The driving me to the point that made me cross it, became null and void!

4/6

The trust is gone

There are no second chances even if you beg for it and even if your spouse agrees to it. No matter what happens, that doubt shall remain, that episode shall remain etched in the receiver’s mind. In the end, he will always be insecure and not trust your words, even if you say you are with just a colleague or friend having tea. It becomes irreparable.

5/6

The guilt will never go

It is not just your partner’s trust that you lose forever. You also develop this nagging pain of guilt and then lose yourself in pleasing your partner, making up for what you did that frustrates you further. Yes that is a little complicated but it is true.

Quotes to deter you from cheating

“Next to hurting my family, cheating on me is the worst thing someone could do." — Robert Buckley

"The truly scary thing about undiscovered lies is that they have a greater capacity to diminish us than exposed ones. They erode our strength, our self-esteem, our very foundation.” — Cheryl Hughes

“You didn’t just cheat on me; you cheated on us. You didn’t just break my heart; you broke our future.” — Steve Maraboli

“People cheat when they are afraid. When there is no cost to being wrong or confessing ignorance, there is no reason to cheat or fake comprehension.”— Leah Hager Cohen

I suspected my partner was hiding something—coming home late, distant behavior, and avoiding questions. I needed answers, so I looked for a hacker to monitor his phone. It took a few tries, but then I found a legit one on a blog. They gave me access, and now I know the truth. So grateful! Contact OMEGACRYPTORECOVERY AT GM AIL COM
