Did you have any of these in your mind?

Have you ever had that moment where you are very eager to know something about sex, but it is too embarrassing to ask someone? Trust me, we all have been there. Sex is an incredibly intimate topic that people have difficulty talking about, let alone asking awkward and embarrassing questions. But do not fret. We bring to you some common sexually awkward questions that we have debunked here, only so that you won’t have to ask anybody else!

2/6

“While having sex, there are bubbly or farting sounds from my vagina, although I am not actually farting. What is this about?”

This is completely normal. During penetration with a finger or a penis, the air gets trapped inside a vagina, causing farting or bubbly sounds to erupt when the penis moves in and out. This may sound embarrassing but the only thing you can do is laugh it off with your partner! You both should be comfortable enough to have a laugh over this!

3/6

“Why am I squirting during sex?”

Those with vaginas may squirt fluids during sex when they reach an orgasm. This fluid can be urine or prostatic secretions or a combination of both. This happens solely when you have uncontrollable pleasure during sex.

4/6

“Is sexting considered to be cheating?

Yes, sexting or cybersex is considered to be a part of cheating. Even if you are conversing on the phone and not physically cheating, it is still cheating as you are indulging in emotional infidelity. However, many people would not consider this to be cheating. But it is.

5/6

“My private parts smell. Why is this happening?”

Maintaining your hygiene in your private parts is an essential part of your sex routine. You should regularly clean and wash after sex. Never leave your private parts unattended after sex. However, if the smell still persists, visit the doctor who will be able to give you a better understanding of the situation. All vaginas have a distinct smell; this is quite natural and it also depends on the person’s diet. Many people face this common issue and know, that is nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed of!

6/6

“I can’t reach an orgasm even if my partner can. Is something wrong with me?”

Nothing is wrong with you. Everyone takes their time to reach an orgasm because everybody’s body reacts differently to sex and pleasure. If you are taking a long time to orgasm, then you may need to try different sex positions, fantasies or things that make you feel aroused. Secondly, you need to ask your partner to do the same things you like, in order to feel pleasure at its best.
