Do you have resilience in your veins?

The ability to survive obstacles and move past hurdles with sheer determination will earn you the title of being a ‘resilient' person. Striving to survive dire situations will make you a resilient person but that’s not the only thing you need. You have to be brave, courageous enough to take on challenges at any point in life. A meek and shy personality won’t get you anywhere in this tough world where winning cut-throat competitions is the only way to survive. Hence, we bring to you some telltale signs of you having a resilient personality.

2/6

No complaints

You never complain. Even if the situation isn’t favouring you in any way, you prefer to quietly go through all of it and work quietly to emerge victorious. You know that complaining will get you nowhere. But, you also understand that occasionally venting out to your closest friends will help you stay sane.

3/6

Accountability

You will always hold yourself accountable for your mistakes. You will never blame anyone but yourself for your own failure and this is one of your strongest personal strengths. Your strong sense of accountability makes you an incredibly resilient person.

4/6

Acceptance

You are very aware of your strengths, weaknesses and limitations and this helps you evaluate life’s decisions on a very neutral level. When you accept that you’re not perfect, you become much more mature and understanding about all life aspects.

5/6

Comparisons

In a world where people are constantly comparing themselves to each other, a resilient person stays content with whatever they have. If you’re resilient, you won’t compare your happiness, losses, grief with others but work towards improving yourself.

6/6

Independent stature

You very well know you can’t depend on anyone but yourself. And so, you never fail to prepare for the worst. You only think that survival of the fittest is possible when one is prepared to face anything on their own. That’s where true resilience comes.
