It is significantly a small act of emotional infidelity that one indulges in with someone outside of their committed relationship. This doesn’t mean that they are a bad person, but are rather ignorant of their own behaviour; they don’t believe in the same level of commitment as the other partner. Occupied with their phone way too much
If your partner has been glued to their phones way more than the usual time, then something is definitely wrong. Never leaving the phone out of their sight, or hiding away their phone as much as possible is a sign that your partner is reluctant to show their phone to you.
Follow their exes on social media
If your partner still follows their ex on social media, then you need to be careful about it. Your partner may still be friends with their ex and regularly communicating with them, liking or commenting on their posts and pictures too. These are signs that your partner may not be over their ex and thus indulges in micro-cheating.
Constant miscommunications
Sitting down and talking to your partner about their behaviour seems like a far-away option because the discussion immediately backfires when you try to tell them that their behaviour is suspicious. They will try to dismiss the discussion by making you feel guilty of doubting them. Such people obviously don’t like to get accused of something. They will deny it vehemently.
Dating apps are still on
Many potential couples find each other on online dating platforms and this has been quite common. This has almost become a habit for some. So, they continue to check their dating profiles and swipe through even though they have already found someone else.
Go to places alone
You might find your partner going to events and parties alone instead of taking you along. It might not be with the intention of looking for love outside of your relationship but, walking hand-in-hand with your partner gives you a sense of security and love. However, if they resist and want to go solo, you should have a conversation with them because that is not what you should put up with at all.
