Here are some honest confessions

Not all marry for love and that kind of crazy intimacy. Many prefer money and wealth and power. Here are some confessions of men who told us their current feelings since they married for money and not love.

“The allure of financial security was undeniable”

I never thought I'd be the kind of person to marry for money rather than love. I grew up believing in the fairy-tale notion of finding true love, but life had a different plan for me. I met Meera at a lavish charity gala. She was not only stunning but came from a family dripping with wealth. Our courtship was swift, and before I knew it, we were exchanging vows.

The allure of financial security was undeniable. The promise of a comfortable life and all the luxuries I had only dreamt of was too tempting to resist. I convinced myself that love could develop over time, and that the foundation of any successful marriage was trust, respect, and understanding. And while we did respect and trust each other, the love I had yearned for remained elusive.

I confess that I should have followed my heart. I should have had an open and honest conversation with Emily about my motivations from the start. Money might buy mansions, fancy cars, and exotic vacations, but it can't fill the emotional void that gnaws at me daily. I now find myself longing for the simple joy of a genuine, loving connection.

“I saw it as my ticket to financial freedom”

Marrying Sudha was like winning the lottery. Her family's wealth was enough to make anyone's head spin, and I saw it as my ticket to financial freedom. We were married in a grand ceremony, and the whole world envied our apparent happiness.

But over time, the façade began to crumble. I confess that I should have been honest with myself and Sarah from the start. Money can make life comfortable, but it can't buy love. It can't replace the warmth of a true emotional bond. I yearn for a connection that goes beyond the material wealth that surrounds me. I hope Sarah can find it in her heart to forgive me for not being truthful about my intentions.

4/5

“I have no regrets”

My family's business was on the brink of collapse, and the weight of responsibility was overwhelming. That's when I met Vidhi, a wealthy heiress who seemingly had everything one could desire. We got married, and her fortune single-handedly revived my family's legacy. It was a dream come true, or so I thought.

Most people regret it later but I am very happy. I have no regrets whatsoever. I eventually fell in love with her because she is a very open-minded person. I love my life!

“I have fallen for someone else but I also want my wife’s money”

Marrying Bhumika, a highly successful advertising professional, felt like a pragmatic decision at the time. Her wealth offered a level of financial security that seemed too good to pass up. We tied the knot in a grand ceremony, but I always had doubts about my true feelings.

I confess that I should have been honest with her about my motivations. Money has brought me a life of luxury, but it hasn't brought me happiness. I'm living a lie, and the weight of this truth is unbearable.

Yes, it took care of many issues that were giving me sleepless nights but now I feel I am cheating on her emotionally. I have fallen for someone else but I also want my wife’s money. I am trying to balance but I fear breaking.
