All about Gauranga Das

Shri Gauranga Das is an engineer from IIT turned monk, who is an inspiration to many across the world. He is associated with ISKCON, and over the years he has helped transform the lives of many people. He is also a leadership consultant, coach, and inspirational speaker. "Letting go of grudges is a clear sign of maturity."

Instead of holding on to the past or other people's mistakes, when a person lets go and forgives easily-- it shows that the person has matured. "Letting go of grudges is a clear sign of maturity. You know that forgiveness brings you inner peace," says Gauranga Das. You now focus more on your inner peace instead of thinking about the past.

3/4

"You express your feelings openly."

"You also express your feelings openly, knowing that being understood starts with being vocal," shares Gauranga Das, and rightly so. You know that people who truly matter in your life won't judge you and will instead understand and support you. In return, you too accept people as they are instead of changing them.

4/4

"You avoid unnecessary arguments."

He further says that people who have learnt from their mistakes in life and have matured avoid unnecessary fights and drama in their life. They know that nothing is more important than their peace of mind, in a world that is full of chaos. They try to find solutions to the problems, instead of getting into unnecessary arguments with others. "Finally, you avoid unnecessary arguments because you’ve learned to prioritize peace and aim for solutions instead of conflict," he says.
