In the horror drama series Stranger Things, Eleven is a central character which possesses psychokinetic and telepathic abilities

Fans were taken aback when it was revealed that the young Eleven in Stranger Things 4 was not CGI and was a real human. Until that season, Millie Bobby Brown played the young version of the character, Eleven.

In the horror drama series Stranger Things, Eleven is a central character which possesses psychokinetic and telepathic abilities. Millie Bobby Brown has been hailed for her performance in the series. In the series Eleven escapes from a laboratory after being experimented on for her entire life, till then. During her escape she opens an alternate dimension, called the Upside Down.

In the fourth season, the character of young Eleven was not played by Millie, who is now 18 years old. Instead, Martie Blair played the part.

In a recent tweet, it was revealed that Millie directed Martie to play the part. "Shout-out to Martie Blair, who played young Eleven, and to Millie, who directed her every step of the way," tweeted stranger writers.

Even Martie could not stop herself from thanking her "director" Millie. "@milliebobbybrown for being such an inspiration to me, when I showed up on set, you came right up to me. You made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Thanks for spending time with me and helping me make my scenes," she wrote in a thank you post.

Millie Bobby Brown and Martie Blair’s camaraderie teaches us so many things about kids that we often overlook.

Biggest supporters

Kids can be the best critics and biggest supporters of their friends. While we adults sometimes keep them apart from their friends on so many trivial issues, if they are left free of their prejudices and are asked to choose their friends, they would take the best decision.

3/5

Art of responsibility

If taught at the right age, kids can master the art of shouldering the responsibility.

Taking up the burden of responsibility does not just come with age and experience; with proper teachings, kids can take up this job and perform at it as brilliantly as an adult.

4/5

They stand for each other

In a group of kids, if one kid falls down, have you ever seen any kid laughing at it? No. Instead they would come together to pick him or her up.

In a group, kids always stay with each other and help out each other; a trait that is not commonly seen in adults.

5/5

Friends do not lie

Yes! You must have heard this line several times in the show. Millie’s character Eleven who is oblivious to worldly affairs and terms, learns from her friend Mike that friends do not lie. Mike is another important character in the series who along with his friends rescue and keep the young Eleven in the first season of the series.

Young kids do not lie to their friends; even to their parents. Until they learn the art of lying mostly to escape anger and punishment, they always remain honest to everyone.
