Just because the monsoon is here and the weather is not as hot as it was in summers, does not mean that you will decrease your water intake. Drinking plenty of water is the key to lose weight. Water helps to eliminate toxins from the body, keeps you fuller and also helps in the process of digestion. So, keep sipping water throughout the day. You can also try infused water, juices and herbal teas.
