Diet to lose weight faster

Women may take care of the entire family, but they frequently neglect their own health in the process. A woman frequently forgets to eat a balanced diet, which has negative long-term effects on her health. A woman, whether a professional or a housewife, has many duties that frequently divert her focus from eating healthfully. A woman needs to eat foods that will keep her full for a long time, give her the energy she needs, and prevent her from putting on unwanted weight despite the fact that she must be on her toes nearly 24 hours a day managing work at home and outside.

Some diet tips

1] One of the best weight loss advices for women is to drink water, especially before meals. Water increases metabolism by 24–30% in 1–1.5 hours, which aids in calorie burning.

2] Never skip breakfast, even if you don't have time to eat it before leaving for work. Instead, bring something with you that you can quickly eat when you get to the office, like a vegetable sandwich or milk and cereal.

3] “Women can unquestionably rely on portion control to lose weight. Portion control, also known as calorie counting, is simply a process in which people control their food intake and become more aware of what they are eating. Individuals can control their calorie intake with this eating plan”, advises Dr Batra.

4] Avoid using canned juices. Consume fruits whole or make fruit juices with the fibre and pulp intact. Add no sugar to it.

5] Avoid consuming processed foods and beverages. Foods like sugary snacks, cookies with extra salt, and dishes made with white flour and preservatives all contribute to lifestyle diseases.
