<p>NEVER DO THESE THINGS TO YOUR BREASTS: You love your breasts and you do everything to make them stay perky and feel good. Still, certain things you do may make them suffer more than you think. It is sure a sensitive pair and without the right kind of support, it may not stay as healthy and happy a pair as you would like it to. So, here are eight wrongs you are doing to your breasts.<br></p>

​Using duct tape on them

<p>USING DUCT TAPE ON THEM: Though it may seem like the best hack to prevent any wardrobe malfunction, using the adhesive tape on your nipples may not be a very friendly thing to do. It may irritate your breast skin, leaving you itchy and scratching the skin all night.<br></p>

​Running without the right support

<p>RUNNING WITHOUT THE RIGHT SUPPORT: This could be especially problematic if you have a big pair of breasts. A study said that when you run, your breasts could bounce up to a whopping eight inches, a movement that may be very painful and awkward. In fact, if you run without the right support often, you may even end up damaging the connective tissues in your breast. Wear a good sports bra to minimize the damage and even two if you need more support.<br></p>

​Waxing nipple hair

<p>WAXING NIPPLE HAIR: That may seem convenient as getting rid of the frizzy hair with waxing is comparatively long term and expedient when you are getting your arms and legs waxed. However, the skin on your nipples is way more sensitive than the other areas on your body and hence, waxing there can lead to burns, in-growth and even skin allergies. Stick to tweezers or trimming them with scissors.<br></p>

<strong></strong><p>KEEPING THEM DRY: Unlike many other parts of the body, breasts do not have oil glands. If you do not keep them well hydrated and moisturized, it can lead them to sag, become itchy and even flaky.<br></p>
