Benefits of improving balance

-Working on your balance strengthens your bones and joints, especially your ankles, knees, and hips.

-As per a study, balancing improves body awareness, which is the sense of how your limbs are oriented in space. This helps to decrease your chances of getting injured.

-In balance training, your entire body should work in sync, to help improve co-ordination in everyday life.

-Balancing also helps to improve one's reaction time.
