Today's workout will focus on your glutes. It's a general perception that squats and lunges are enough for your glutes. In this workout, fitness trainer Kamal Chhikara will take you through four exercises other than squats that will stabilize your pelvis and improve the movement of your hip joint.

1. Glute Hip Trust on benchRepetitions: 10 repetitions (3-4 sets)

2. Staggered Single leg Romanian deadliftRepetitions: 15 to 20 each side

3. 45-degree Hip ExtensionRepetitions: 20

4. Walking lungesRepetitions: 15-20 each side
