Kulraj Randhawa speaks to TOI about her fitness fundas.My exercise regime I space out my workouts. My weekly workout includes three days of weight training and three days of yoga. I am more of a cardio person, so I sometimes play squash. I concentrate more on suryanamaskars and breathing exercises. Meditation also works wonders.
My diet Right now I am following the blood group diet.
In this, I follow my eating habits as per my blood group as some foods suit a particular blood group and others don’t. The diet is bifurcated in carbs, proteins and fats according to my blood group.
My problem areas I don’t really have any problem areas because my metabolic rate is high. I think cardio helps me a lot.
My strengths I eat well. I believe in balanced diet. I ensure that I get enough sleep. Besides working out regularly, I try to keep myself stress-free.
