Heard of the runner's high? Marathon day excitement? Most runners have experienced it but fail to describe it in words. But if you are a beginnner, crossing the first marathon finish line can turn out to be quite a challenge. Fret not. By knowing the right posture, correct breathing technique and understanding how your body should train for a marathon, you will gain an all new sense of confidence.
