Cardi B's weight loss goals are an inspiration

Cardi B is a New York based award winning rapper who has a humongous fanbase because of her bold and charismatic aura. Before Cardi B gained fame in the world of music, she worked as a cashier at an Amish market, as a stripper in a nightclub and featured in two seasons of Love & Hip Hop New York. Cardi B is an inspiration for many of those who have dreams to achieve something big in life.

Currently Cardi B is married to the famous rapper Offset. She had her first baby, Kulture in the year 2018. She gained a lot of post pregnancy fat which didn’t upset her as she hated being skinny in her teenage years as per an article published by a journal. Cardi’s weight gain did not affect her in any way but as a known fact, the entertainment world expects a popular figure to stay in shape as per the commercial standards of beauty. Cardi B eventually started working on her body by performing heavy workouts, utilizing a waist trainer and bringing changes in her diet plan. She became successful in shedding those extra kilos within no time.

Excellent dancer

Cardi B had developed a lot of strength, friskiness and stamina because of her previous profession of a stripper and a pole dancer. As she is an experienced dancer, she considers dance as a great form of shedding those extra kilos. She utilized her pole dancing skills in her weight loss journey. Pole dancing is not everyone’s cup of tea and it requires a lot of training and strength, it is estimated that one hour of pole dancing can burn up to 250 to 350 calories.

Working on achieving a perfect lower body

Cardi B mainly works on her butt and legs-thighs and calves to stay toned and fit. She follows a combination of various exercises to keep her lower body in its best shape. Her lower body exercises include squats, altering lunges, high knees, donkey kicks and hip thrust.

Cardi B has very structured and well-toned arms. To get an upper body as chiseled and upright as hers you need to include exercises such as shoulder press, dumbbell curls and push-ups in your daily workout routine.

Cardi B’s interesting dietary habits

Cardi B loves binging on junk food from McDonald’s and Chipotle. Some of her favorite foods include chicken nuggets, French fries, chicken wings and pizza. She also relishes Asian cuisine which includes dishes such as dried crabs, fried popiah, noodle bowls and nuggets.

After becoming Kulture’s mom, Cardi B had brought certain alterations in her eating habits to lose weight; having only two meals which included a heavy breakfast and a heavy dinner was one of them. Here’s a list of what Cardi B eats in a day.

1.Breakfast- Scrambled egg whites, avocadoes, turkey bacon and potatoes accompanied by juice, tea or yogurt.

2.Lunch- Rice, chicken and veggies.

3.Snacks- Fruits

4.Dinner- Salmon salad or steak (only once a week).

Cardi B takes the help of supplements along with her workout and diet regime to speed up her weight loss process and keep in fit and in shape. She likes to drink tea (Teami) which helps in curbing her hunger pangs. The tea also helps as a detoxicant. Cardi B follows an apt combination of diet, workout and supplement intake to keep herself fit and healthy.
