The HIIT workout, also known as high-intensity interval training is short, intense, unsustainable bursts of physical activity paired with intervals of quick rests. This intense training causes a metabolic disturbance, which results in your body burning calories at a higher rate till 48- 72 hours post your workout. HIIT workout increases metabolism, reduces insulin resistance, improves heart health and helps in weight loss.

HIIT workout for legs
If you want to develop strong and muscular legs, this video is for you. To develop strong legs first, you need to build your body’s largest muscle groups – quads, glutes and calves proportionally. Second, you need to reduce the fat so that the muscle development is visible.

The workout includes five exercises, which you need to perform in three sets of 25 reps each.
