Eating one egg a day is completely safe and does not have any impact on developing cardiovascular issues among healthy men and women. One whole egg per day is safe even for people suffering from diabetes and heart problems.

In fact, eating even two-three eggs per day is highly unlikely to increase your risk of heart disease in majority of the population, though it might be a problem for people suffering from diabetes.
