Prunes + CCF Water (Cumin, Coriander, Fennel)

Prunes owe their fame to the easy laxative action due to the high content of sorbitol and fiber. Combine prunes with a glass of CCF water, which is an Ayurvedic concoction of cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds steeped in hot water, to get a potent, natural laxative. Aromatic spices stimulate digestive enzymes and soothe bloating, while prunes get your gut moving.

When to have it: It is best in the evening or just before going to bed. This way, the digestive system has ample time overnight to act on the blend for a comfortable morning bowel movement.
