Bloating and abdominal discomfort

One of the very first signs of the liver struggling can be bloating or a sense of heaviness in the abdomen, so much so that it starts to make the day difficult by the second. One might notice a feeling of fullness even after a small meal, this happens because fat accumulation in the liver can cause indigestion, fluid imbalance and gastric problems over time.
